tried this place for the first time, and i left feeling and looking amazing.i got my hair colored cut and blown out,i also got a facial before hand and let me just say wow. customer service is great and the team is very friendly, the place was clean and music was great! this is my new go to! highly recommended.

The worst customer service ever!

I felt like they were disgusted to talk to me. The haircut I got was mediocre. They don't clean instruments between clients. Dropped hair clip on the floor and then used it to hold up my hair (the girl said "I washed the floors, I promise" and smiled). On the second visit I had to wait for 45 minutes to get a 30 minute facial. I did not get it because ran out of time. They did not even apologize. I made them promise to return money (I bought a coupon upfront), but never got the refund.

Just tried this place for the first time. Customer Service was great, and loved my haircut. I'll definitely be back to try out other services.

They are very professional and very good, Every time I get something done I feel so confident and beautiful, what i like the most is that they are very honest and they do what is best for you they are not just selling you a service its way more than that.

I'm so happy with my experiences at DMH! I recently got a cut, colour and make up done and walked out feeling fabulous! It's my go-to place and since they offer a ton of services I can always find a reason to pop in.
