Terrible service, rude staff but the most important is the quality of the food. Purchased a bucket of chicken before Christmas waited close to 40 minutes and when I arrived home the chicken was soggy and when my son picked up a piece oil was dripping from it. It was disgusting! There was a least 5 tablespoon of oil at the bottom of the bucket. Needless to say , we did not eat more than a piece each feeling sick after it. I filled out the survey online, no response.
