Thank you very much DR Ballard and staff for all of your help with my dental needs. You guys were very welcoming and accommodating. I could not have had a better experience. I highly recommend this dental office to anyone. Way to go!

Terrible customer service. Terrible communication skills. They treat Disabled veterans like dirt. Would never go back or recommend them. They talk about other customers lack of paying for treatment to other customers. Very unprofessional worst dentist organization I ever seen. Garbage is treated better at there dental office.

This was my first time at Shoal Harbour Family Dental and I could not be more pleased!!! I was given incredible care and the staff were very friendly and understanding the minute I walked in. I always had a uneasy feeling of going to a dentist but Dr. Ballard has put that at ease. For years I hated to smile but not any more. While taking my son in & filling out his forum I was joking around with him trying to relax him by asking him the silly questions on the forum like -are you pregnant?- I was rudely & loudly asked -Are you done yet?- by a receptionist. It was 9am no one was there but us we weren't loud just giggling to are selfs, I do not think we will be going back.
