The bo ssäm meal encourages diners to make their own lettuce wraps stuffed with pork butt, oysters and white rice. Call ahead to reserve your large format meal for parties of four to 10 people and don’t forget to visit Momofuko Milk Bar on your way out and grab a crack pie to share for dessert.
