Been dealing with Jackson Pool for 10 yrs. Always ready to help with any concerns or questions. Prices are competitive. I had them come check if I need a new liner a few yrs ago,was told I was fine for a few more yrs. Had rechecked again last yr and was told there was still life in my liner and no need to replace. This is in part thxs to their recommendations on maintaining my chemical balances and my upkeep of the pool. I love they haven't tried to upsell ahead of time. Lire plus

Free water testing, over priced chemicals and not very informative. They test your water and just start telling you what needs to be done, unless you ask why, even when told this is the first test ever. Wanted me to use a phosphate remover ($40) and shock, I instead just shocked with some Purox ($7) and the phosphates dropped on their own and everything else went to normal. Who knows how much unnecessary chemicals theyve made me use in the past. Do my own research now to correct chemistry. Lire plus

I had excellent service from the first consultation through to the completion of our our dream pool. For our pool we wanted 10' of water in the deep end for diving, other companies that quoted for us would only do a shallower lap pool. The overall size was 20' wide by 43' long and it was the best thing we have done for our family; especially over the long hot summers and during the pandemic when everything was closed we could still swim with out children.
