I’ve been going to Jiffy Lube for oil changes since I’ve been driving (over 10 years) and have always had great experiences. The staff always go above and beyond. Today I went in to get my tail lights replaced and the guy that helped me came out to my vehicle and changed it while I waited outside of the shop, when I was going to grab my wallet he said “Because it’s Friday, it’s on me, have a great weekend” and walked away. Doug was amazing. He talked with me a lot. Let me know what I needed for my car without being pushy. They got my oil change done quickly and then helped me when my battery died. He gave me actual advice for things my car needed with a realistic timeline without trying to get me to spend hundreds of dollars right away. Excellent service and staff. Each person is acknowledged as they come in the door treated with respect. Very efficient and considerate of your time. They still BOOK appointments. Walk-ins are welcome and will be accommodated if not that day.... the next one. Thank you Jason and staff.

Today I awoke to find that I had a flat tire. After using a portable compressor to fill tire w/ air I went to the my local kal Tire store. I asked if they could repair my tire and ther repair was completed in 1/2 hour. Thanks to Natasha @ front desk and Balal who repaired my flat. Both were very courteous and efficient. I drove from Auburn Bay because of the customer service. They make you feel at home as soon as you walk in the door. This was my first time there and I will definitely drive the 1/2 hour again .The prices are very reasonable too .Thanks to all of you for making my day .Lire plus
