I'm always seen within 10-15 minutes of getting there. This little clinic has kept its doors open in a not-so-great neighborhood through so much: they've been robbed, vandalized, and threatened. Dr Crysler should have a family practice because he's the best pediatrician I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. One of the most understanding and highly qualified doctors in Brantford.i read a post that had stated an emergency patient calling and got a rude reply from the staff. I have never dealt with or seen nor heard of a rude staff member. I may be wrong but in an emergency, one should always call the hospital or go to emergency. I hope that person is alright.
