Quality is great, shipping is not expensive, always comes 7 days after I submitted my order. And exceptionally great customer service (I had to call a few times there by phone in these 10 years). Shopped at Micheals in Orillia and had a great experience. First of all, it was a quiet time of the day and that made it all the more better.
