Cole inspected a house today with lead paint & asbestos. He checked the walls, flooring, attic & small addition. All my fears, stress and worries left after he gave us his expert opinion. I contacted Concord First General for a carpet cleaning quote prior to moving and my Landlords occupying my unit. They were very prompt to respond and gave me an excellent quote. Poly was very thorough, asking for photos to determine the type of (old) carpet that was to be cleaned. As it turned out, my Landlords are replacing the carpet and told me not to worry about cleaning the carpet.
