Oven board relay was broken. New part was min $600 and one technician was surprised we would consider replacing it and not just buying an entire new oven. Our oven is only 2 years old. Doug took the board and fixed the relays instead and I am so happy we didn't have to buy a new oven. I know he is hard to get a hold of sometimes but he is very kind and helpful, just very busy. Walked in Provencher Appliance expecting to buy a refurbished clothe washer. Had a very friendly gentleman asking me what I needed help with. This was at 1:30pm. He told me that if I could, to bring in the washer, so I did. by 4pm a new pump was installed and having them fix my machine saved me a lot of money!
