I contacted Concord First General for a carpet cleaning quote prior to moving and my Landlords occupying my unit. They were very prompt to respond and gave me an excellent quote. Poly was very thorough, asking for photos to determine the type of (old) carpet that was to be cleaned. As it turned out, my Landlords are replacing the carpet and told me not to worry about cleaning the carpet. I still want to post a positive review as this company was excellent to deal with and very responsive.Lire plus

We recently had water damage problems in our downstairs. I have gone through a home fire and hired NC Restorations to do the rebuild. Not being too knowledgeable about building and all it entails, I was so pleased to have this company being my contractors.
The staff and trades people were so helpful in this rebuilding process. From planning to construction, I was always kept in the loop. They listened to my concerns and provided helpful suggestion and practical information regarding materials, changes in floor plans and so on...It was a positive.
