This is the best service I have ever received and I am in my sixties. Having visited your store twice in the last week I was amazed by the caliber of service we received. Stellar. Please commend your staff. Your employee trainer needs to take a job teaching all employees of all Canadian Tire store how to treat customers. We were asked not once, not twice but three times by different staff if they could help us and actually took us to the items we were looking for. Amazing. They also worked as a Lire plus

I have had several issues/repairs done on my old Montana Van this year. The current head mechanic is excellent. Very knowledgeable and understands keeping an old vehicle running. All work has been done as identified, no upcharges no hassles and the work is done right. The new staff in the Garage is very professional, knowledgeable and easy to work with. I strongly recommend. My wife and I went to Ryns in Caledonia June 29 2020 to purchase a swivel recliner. We found the perfect one in 15 minutes . Dave did not bother us and gave us all the time which we might have needed but did not. What a nice man , very pleasant and very knowledgeable. We had our new refridgerator delivered today by Arnett, Adre and Brandan. They were on time coutious and over the top in assisting me in order for them to get the old one out and the new one in. The whole experience from the phone staff, the sales personnel and the delivery people has been a great experience when often a major applince purrchase can be streeful and upsetting. I am not generally a fan of big box furniture stores but the exact table and chairs I wanted were available at this store so I went in. The customer service was excellent - the young salesman who helped us really went out of his way to answer my many questions - and we had our dining set in two business days. Great! Lire plus
