I had the most amazing service ever and a large box store. There aren't enough character spaces in the small space to tell you how appreciative and grateful I was for the exceptional service at the Chinook store in Calgary - There was a customer service rep that helped me whose name was Paul and another customer service rep who was very helpful who I don't know his name plus the two guys that help me carry and load an awkward huge window . Over the years I have had to exchange Black and Decker machines that broke down just before or even slightly after their warranty. I have never had any problem trading in the old for new with no charge. Even when at item could be repaired, instead a new item was given. This kind of back up for warranties is great. I have always been met with friendliness and high efficiency. Black and Decker remains a name brand I consider good and will continue to buy.Lire plus
