This location is great for dealing with costumer service. I had an issue with obtaining a receipt for an online purchase through Staples. I have to give the manager a shoutout because she did everything she could to try to get me a receipt, she was not able to give me one in the end but instead gave me some advice moving forward. Within 15min of coming home after my trip I was able to obtain a receipt via email through the advice given from the manager. Lire plus

I'm now retired, but when I was working, Basin (now Denis) was our office's go-to stationery supplier. Always efficient, always accommodating, and always with a huge variety of best quality office supplies. Super fast service too, and even last-minute needs were handled in a highly professional manner. Nice as well to deal with a local stationer, and one which has been around a long time.
