Sierra flooring did the supply and install for our basement development. The service from sales to install was seamless. The installers were efficient and did a great job cleaning up. We had a couple repairs required on our hardwood stairs that weren't even Sierra's original work and they helped us out, no problem and did a perfect job. Al was the only person we could find that was qualified and willing to repair the mess left with the engineered flooring and landings on our stairs and the porcelain tile at the front entrance and bath that Les Sprowl made when he originally installed it. Al ripped out the entire mess, and replaced all the flooring on the stairs and landings. He also tore out the tile and discovered there had been no leveling prior to installing the tile.
