We had flooding in our basement on a Sunday afternoon. Realizing that we couldn't do the clean-up ourselves, we looked on-line for a restoration company. Greg arrived within a couple of hours of our call with a whole team of professionals. The men worked to save our carpeted basement from 8:30 Sunday night until 2:30 am Monday morning. Excellent timely service...Water damage caused by faulty dishwasher...Andrew came out with an hour of our call for help...team Cheryl and Theresa came out an hour later..stayed for 4 hours...removed drywall, assessed damage sprayed with mold retardant and set up fans/dehumidifiers to dry out the basement and kitchen floor. I woke up yesterday to flooding in my basement and immediately googled Flood restoration in the GTA. The first company that came up was 5 Start Cleaning. I called the line and Bob diligently instructed me on how he was going to remove the water from my basement. His crew arrived 20 minutes later and worked on my basement all morning.
