I tried to book appointment for Indian visa.When submitted the form it says that I already made an appointment a week ago which I did not.Then I had an option to cancel and re book.Again I tried that but they are asking the booking reference no which I dont have.Please let me know what can I do now.They accepted my wife's appointment and send it to my email.

Highly disappointed. Not sure how they are still contracted/ outsourced by MEA India despite such incompetency and no working service center contact number.

Unprofessional staff not all but some of them . Not helpful at all . Worst attitude from the staff . Terrible experience. I would give zero if possible.

I went to BLS International , Brampton, today in the morning. I had a very good experience with one of the agents Renu. She was very pleasant and helped me in every aspect. Kudos to you for bringing good name to the company.
