I recently visited BLS for OCI process and I am impressed with the service provided by a girl name manpreet she was very polite and explained all process and was very helpful. I have to say after long time I felt finally the services at BLS has improved. keep up the good work !!

I was worried to go to BLS india Brampton center after reading so many negative reviews, however I must say that I had a good experience. The staff is friendly and happy to help. The services are also good, I got a mail each time my visa file progressed. They were pretty fast, the only time which it got delayed was when it was at consulate. There is a huge number of people waiting so obviously plan in advance and take all your required documents. Try to reach in advance.
