First Choice In Hanover On is refusing to do hair colours due to a shotage in staff! What kind of compant allows this to happen? Shuffle staff to accommodate, look at how employees are treated, offer better wages!!! Not rocket science to understand why no one wants to work there!!

went to your Ingersoll store at 1 15 there was one lady waiting .Told me to come back at 2 as no one had lunch yet. Am a hairdresser and worked for fist choice at one time and if we had done this ,we would have been in trouble ,BUT I GUESS THEY DID NOT WANT THE BUSSINSS lee

I have been going to First Choice Country Hills BLVD in Calgary for a long time. Same girl named Rena. Love her work and haircuts etc. But the manager yesterday in the area where she was working and customers were waiting and accused her in front of all of us, of a missing $80.00 bank deposit. Not very professional. Manager there needs a behavior lesson on when and were to talk to staff. Like in a private closed door area. We did not need to hear this. Please have someone talk to her.!!!!

The women who work in the Valcaron Ontario branch knew the sink was broken but never told us. They brought my mother to the back and the sink fell on her arm and back . She is 90 year olds ,They never asked if she was ok as a matter a fact after it happen they said they knew sink was broken for long time and laughed. They hurt a 90 year old women no sorry not a free shampoo after hurting and getting soaked. Now i have to bring her to see doctor . as she is in pain Thank you so much

Didnt do what I asked. Went in to get my color fixed but still not what I asked. Would love my money back
