He showcases everything Canada has to offer on a seven-course Chef’s Menu.
Canoe offers a great view alongside its Canadian contemporary cuisine. The menu is inspired by the vast wilderness and history of Canada. Expect in season produce, locally sourced ingredients and native fish and game. Chef John Horne leads in the kitchen.

The menu at Ruby Watchco changes daily, making each visit a unique experience. Owned by celebrity chef Lynn Crawford, and headed by chef Lora Kirk, Ruby Watcho serves market inspired cuisine. The prix-fixe four-course menu is served Tuesday through Saturday.
